A. B. The period for abnormal parcels (i.e. parcels signed for without submitting an order or without completing the logistics information) is 20 days, calculated from the order status "signed for", as such parcels cannot be matched with the relevant orders and users, so no reminders can be made, and Wanslu Shop will be deemed to have abandoned custody and destroyed after the expiry date.
Related rules.
1、Wanslu Shop is responsible for the storage of the goods during the storage period and assumes the corresponding responsibility, but the shelf life of the goods is not included in the storage (for example: perishable items have a shelf life of only 15 days).
2. No further notice or information will be given for destroyed items.
